The two days of Indian Division of PMCO 2019 Finals were fully packed with action and lots of ups and downs for teams. All teams tried their best to get to the top place and represent India in PMCO Global Finals in Germany. But eventually, the team with most practice and hard work, Team Soul, were worthy champions and will represent India in PMCO Global Finals. The team has four best PUBG Mobile players of India and they showed how to play PUBG Mobile strategically and get to the top of the leaderboard. Soul Ronak:

Harpreet ‘Soul Ronak’ Janjuha was declared MVP (Most Valuable Player) for a total of 3 matches out of 12 matches played in the finals. He displayed some great sniping skills when he got a Bolt Action in his hands. In the third match of day 1 when he got an AWM, he made the best use of it by hitting 4-5 headshots to players and then killed a player with an impressive grenade. At last, he showed some great assaulting skills. Soul Ronak is a three-finger claw player and got some fast reflexes and a great game sense.

Soul Owais:

Another player from Team Soul who played exceptionally well in this tournament was Soul Owais. His real name is Mohammed Owais Lakhani and lives in Mumbai. He is one of the best close combat assaulters in PUBG Mobile in India and got some great game sense. He got one MVP title for himself in PMCO India Finals and helped his team to win the tournament. Now he along with Soul Mortal, Soul Viper and Soul Ronak will play in PMCO Global Finals along with some of the best teams from rest of the PUBG Mobile playing nations.

New Delhi: Digital addiction is real and it could be as dangerous as drug addiction, warned psychiatrists while outlining practical ways to fight the urge to use gadgets non-stop both among children and adults.

The warning came following reports of a 24-year-old mother committing suicide last week in Tamil Nadu after she was prevented from using TikTok and a 16-year-old student from Madhya Pradesh suffering a major cardiac arrest and losing his life after playing PUBG for six straight hours last month.

The key to fighting digital addiction is to realise the problem when someone develops it, the experts said.

“The two most important things that people have to do is maintain a balance between work, life indoor, outdoor recreation and social engagements. One must also ensure they are getting proper sleep. It is essential,” Samir Parikh, Director, Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, Fortis Healthcare, told IANS.

Parikh also recommended that adults should undergo a four hours of “digital detox” every week – a period when they do not use their phone or any gadget.

“If one finds it difficult to go through those four hours then there is a problem which needs to be addressed,” he said.

People who are addicted to using gadgets, tend to get “withdrawal symptoms” in the form of always thinking about that them, or becoming irritable with disturbed sleep when they try to stop using their devices, said Sandeep Vohra, Senior Consultant, Psychiatry, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi.

“Digital addiction is as bad as addiction to any other drug. So if you are hit by digital addiction, the signs are that you actually tend to go off your normal routine life. You are always dependent and on the screen,” Vohra told IANS.

Such people can neglect personal hygiene and their own self. They also tend to stop interacting with the society, with their family members and stop thinking about their responsibilities or stop doing their day-to-day chores.

“One can have clinical depression, anxiety, obsessive symptoms, insomnia, irritability, and difficulty in concentrating on other things.

“And you can have in rare cases, when one becomes over-dependent, psychosis. So you have to be aware of all this and it can be very challenging if you don’t realise that you are going into addiction,” Vohra added.

It is not just adults who are vulnerable to digital addiction as use of smartphones and other gaming devices have become common among children.

But do we know when a child starts showing signs of addiction and when to seek help?

The experts suggested that parents should be alarmed when they notice that a child’s ability to live life normally has got affected and they lash out badly when digital access is denied.

“Parents need to be good role models. If parents spend too much time on digital gadgets then children learn and follow by example. Encourage children to be social and develop hobbies,” Parikh said.

“If you keep focusing your child’s attention on indoor activities there are higher chances of him/her becoming digitally addicted. Therefore encourage him/her to play sports or meet friends and family. Reading is also a great way to combat boredom if indoors,” he added.

Vohra suggested that when parents realise that their child is spending too much time on screen, it is very important first to have a dialogue with the kid and ask them to cut down on media consumption.

“If they feel that either the child is not responding the way they want, or if they feel that the child is trying to tell them lies and still using time on screen, then it’s better to consult a mental health professional,” Vohra informed.

While the race for the YouTube crown is long over, after Pewds ditched the tournament citing the music legal entity’s overwhelming popularity in densely populated India, T-Series appears to be setting new ambitious goals.

“We are extremely excited and humbled to have brought T-Series to this pinnacle and be bestowed a prestigious global benchmark of achievement and excellence such as the Guinness World Records TM”, Kumar was quoted by The Times of India as saying, before stressing that the headway is the collective effort of “my team that has helped us reach this milestone”.

The businessman, whose label’s fan base spans well beyond India, especially dwelled on his intentions not to stop at that, but continue their work toward new frontiers.

T-Series , which has made an exceptional run at global markets  while being the destination of a wealth of content including music and movie production and distribution, has recently made a splash with such Indian box office hits as Aashiqui 2, Hindi Medium, Tumhari Sulu, along with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, and Raid.

The company has until recently been engaged in a tug of war with the video game star Felix Kjellberg, aka PewDiePie, with the latter racking up new subscribers as the top individual creator, unlike T-Series, which has largely  risen to prominence due to India increasingly going online over the last couple of years. Before T-Series’ win, Pewds had remained the unconditional YouTube king for six years. In late April, the Swede recognised his defeat and called off the race, which began in August 2018.

What looked certain not long ago is looking more and more difficult now. Avengers: Endgame will likely not be able to cross Avatar’s worldwide box office earnings by the time it is out of theaters.

A report in Forbes says Endgame has crossed what could be its final benchmark. It has crossed the domestic total of Jurassic Park, when adjusted for inflation. So far Endgame has earned 825.82 million dollars in North America. It will be a miracle if Endgame breaks any more records.
At the worldwide box office, it has minted 2.73 billion dollars so far. Avatar ended its box office run with 2.78 billion dollars. Even a summer like this with multiple box office disappointments is taking its toll on the big Marvel conclusion. Even box office bombs are eating into the earnings of Endgame and it has become tough for it to survive.

“The specs suggest $500 or so,” said Pachter to GamingBolt when asked what he thinks the PS5 and next Xbox will cost, “but my bias is that Microsoft will announce $399 and Sony will follow suit.”

As you may know, this lines up with a prediction of another industry analyst, Pelham Smithers, from earlier this year, who claimed the PS5 will cost $400. That said, there’s multiple rumors suggesting the PS5 is more powerful than the Xbox Scarlett, which begs the question: will it cost more? Maybe, but it’s important to remember the PS4 was more powerful than the Xbox One, but still $100 cheaper at launch. While I don’t think Microsoft will get burned on price again, Sony is no stranger to eating costs at launch in favor of a more appealing price-point.

There’s been some speculation that the two systems could come in at $600 or higher, but I don’t see that happening. Optically, coming in at more than $500 is a terrible idea, especially in a market that’s not exactly yearning for the next round of consoles. People still seem very content with their PS4s and Xbox Ones.

Pertaining to the former, we know Xbox Scarlett will release holiday 2020, and presumably the PS5 will release within the same time frame. But when it comes to how much the two systems will cost, we have no clue. That said, according to one analyst, both will cost $400, which is cheaper than many are expecting the two consoles to ring up at.

According to the predictions of industry analyst Michael Pachter, the two systems will avoid the half-a-grand price tag. Pachter believes the specs of the systems suggest they will cost $500, but he thinks both Sony and Microsoft are ready to eat those costs up front in order to push units.

When Nvidia first announced real-time ray tracing support on its RTX graphics cards, the feature was poorly received. The ray tracing support came with a higher price tag, and only a handful of games adopted the feature.

But despite Nvidia’s steep RTX tax and limited games support, the RTX graphics cards started the ray tracing conversation. Fast-forward to E3 2019, and the question about ray tracing being a gimmick has been laid to rest as more developers are incorporating support for the feature in their games.

At E3 2019, ray tracing has come out in force. Nvidia’s biggest RTX win came in the form of the partnership with Nvidia and CD Projekt Red, a partnership which will bring real-time ray tracing support to Cyberpunk 2077, one of the biggest games showcased at the event.

Head of GeForce marketing at Nvidia, Matt Wuebbling, said; “Cyberpunk 2077 is an incredibly ambitious game, mixing first-person perspective and deep role-playing, while also creating an intricate and immersive world in which to tell its story. We think the world of Cyberpunk will greatly benefit from the realistic lighting that ray tracing delivers.”

Ray tracing is an advanced graphics technique. It is used to give movies ultra-realistic visual effects. The RT cores in Nvidia’s GeForce RTX cards are specifically designed to accelerate ray tracing to render in-game visual effects in real time.

Head of Studio at CD Projekt Red, Adam Badowski, said: “Ray tracing allows us to realistically portray how light behaves in a crowded urban environment. Thanks to this technology, we can add another layer of depth and verticality to the already impressive megacity the game takes place in.”

But it isn’t just Cyberpunk 2077; ray tracing is coming to several other titles like Watch Dogs: Legion, the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Dying Light 2, Sword, Fairy 7, Wallenstein: Young Blood, and Remedy’s Control to name a few. Ray tracing has become so popular that next-gen Xbox and PlayStation console will also integrate the feature.

Considering the next-gen consoles will use AMD graphics, we’re likely to see the feature on the next-generation of AMD cards as well. So, it’s safe to say that Nvidia’s big ray tracing gamble seems to have paid off.

Avengers: Endgame was the most awaited movie and MCU fans flipped out when they saw major sequences such as fat Thor, Captain America getting the hammer and the return of decimated heroes, but one scene which broke fans hearts was that of Iron Man’s death as he brought back the decimated. So, when Tom Holland who is gearing up for his upcoming MCU movie Spider-Man: Far From Home was asked what was it like to shoot the highly emotional Iron Man sequence, he said, “It was interesting because when we shot that scene with Robert there was no real script at all”.

Tom further added, “There were just Kevin Feige, two Russo Brothers, myself, Robert Downey Jr. Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle. They kind of brought us to the set. They kind of told us what was gonna happen of what wanted to happen and then, we sort of just improvised if I can remember correctly. So, it was really really interesting way to shoot such a kind of pivotal scene in the movie but it was really emotional day and looking back to now it was may be it was the craziest day I have ever had on the set you know but it was really amazing and turned out to be a fantastic scene.”

When asked whether Spider-Man has what it takes to carry forward the legacy of Iron Man, he said that he does have the potential but he has to realise.He also said that the Far From Home movie is about him becoming Iron Man as the movie is about him becoming Spider-Man. He also said that he was amazed on how he didn’t give out any spoilers this time during press tours of Avengers: Endgame.
